All the documents we worked on throughout the semester exhibited various forms of media. While all the documents were multimodal, the technical description and the proposal were done in power point. Displaying a document through different forms of media influences the purpose. In the written document, the writer can be more precise and explain any relevant information with more detail. On the other hand, the purpose changes when it is translated to a PowerPoint, which is meant to more of a persuasive piece. In figure 2, the information is more concise and is organized in a way for the audience to follow. The slide is not cluttered and contains and image so the audience can follow the information that is given.
